    • customise message per store instead of generalise

      Both my Magneto and Amazon are on separate names and email address . It will be nice to be able to customise message per store. At the moment it seems i will need to create to separate account which is unfortunate

        Hi,

        Thanks for writing to us, we are trying to find the best way to deal with this problem. (Quite a few users have requested this).

        it seems to us the best way for now is to do setting per store per account. There will be some new features coming out that is store specific (e.g. allow to use store site as tracking link instead of aftership.com/xxxxx)

        A Regd.Post [ RM56648480IN ]sent to Zambia on 20 -11 -2012 is not being released to recipient. The Zambia Post is asking the recipient for some kind of "sent Receipt" .
        It may be a good idea to inform the sender as to what document would the Recipient need to authenticate his claimant status.
        A Regd. Post should not need anything more than identity proof to receive a Regd. Post. But Zambia Post's requirements have kept the book post from being handed over to the intended recipient.

          Hi may i know if there is any wordings in the tracking information tell you about this?

          If yes, we can consider adding an exception trigger for this, so that the merchant can follow up. If it does not provide tracking information to AfterShip, is hard for AfterShip to identify trigger.

              I check the Aftership 4~5 times a day. I always check the whole pages to see the changes of status of the tracking. But I want to see what to be changed. I need labels or a filter to check the changes at a glance.

                Hi,

                Trying to understand why you want to know the changes of statuses? AfterShip is designed in the way so that merchants do not need to monitor the shipments manually. Those important changes will go directly to the notifications based on the events triggers.

                Are there some specific notification events you want to track – that AfterShip does not do?

                    As a merchant I would like to have the ability to change a status of Magento orders based on the order tracking status. It would be cool to add this option in configuration with a drop down that allows selection per each order status you support.

                    • Delivery Feedback in the final email

                      Feature to comment on get feedback about their shipment experience when delivery notifications are sent in the final e-mail. Whether delivery time was acceptable, condition of package, packaging etc. This would be a great way to get feedback from customers about our delivery methods. Graphs could be shown about customer satisfaction in the backend.

                        Hey all,

                        We have started to build this feature, allowing user to send out notifications X days after delivery. In the notification, you can customize the content as always – and ask them to go back to store for giving feedback / cross sales, etc.

                            If customers have to go through the long list and find the right courier it's that that good i guess. They should just be able to paste, and then auto detect as it were before you updated the /track website

                              Thanks for the suggestion and indeed we have previously implemented that. The problem for such is that the more carriers we support, the same tracking number format may apply to more than 1 courier.

                              So at the moment we close such feature and finding a better way to perform “Auto detect”.

                              Currently we only support parcel courier / postal service tracking.

                                    Thanks Tal – we are also looking for developing a native ios / andriod apps – currently focusing on B2B tho. UrbanAirship really gets a great product – hope to try it out soon.

                                      I think it would be good to be able to generate and e-mail me a report of status changes for orders at the end of the day. Ie delivered orders, change in status etc.

                                          Do you mean to automatically subscriber aftership service if having a new store?

                                          We are currently on ebay, shopify, magento and a few more – we would like to automatically offer this service for new sellers but it requires users to install manually the app / extension.

                                          We need to further partner with the shopping carts in order to provide such service. We will try our best.

                                            Hi, we don’t have a module for Cart66 lite at the moment. But if you would like to use our service, you can either

                                            (1) Pass us a CSV file to us by giving us a FTP link. Tracking numbers and customer emails can auto import to your AfterShip account.

                                            (2) If you have a developer or know how to integrate API, you can use our AfterShip API:
